What is the Southern Parties of the Southwest?
The Southern Parties of the Southwest, is a political party for the Southwestern
states, namely Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. However don't confuse us with the Democrats and Republicans, we are nothing
like them. We believe, in the Sovereignty of the States over the Federal Government.
Are you Liberal or Conservative?
While the SPSW hates labels, I guess we are in
the modern vernacular conservative.
How old do I have to be join?
18 is the minimum age to be a full member, because 18 is the legal minimum
age of voting. That being said, those who are under 18 can be Junior members with parental consent.
What is the difference?
A full member is allowed to fully participate in party functions, a
junior member cannot due to educational and family obligations. To be a Junior member, go to the enrollment page and follow
the instuctions.
Here is a tough question, are you racists?
NO WE ARE NOT RACISTS!! Any one can join our party, as long as they believe
in the party platform. Any one who is a member of ANY racial
or hate group, will not be asked to join. Nor will they be allowed to, as long as they hold to their racist idiology.
If you aren't racist, why use the Confederate Battle Flag?
First let me correct you on something, we are a civilian political
organization. We don't fly the Confederate Battle Flag, we fly the Third National Flag voted in by the Confederate Congress
in 1865. The Confederacy had many different races and religions fighting for it, including Black. Therefore to be
racist, would defeat the purpose of the party. It is a sad fact,
that this flag is used by those who espouse hate towards others.
What groups do you concider hate groups?
The traditional ones, the KKK, Neo-Nazi and other racist and supremecist
groups. But the SPSW also conciders the N.A.A.C.P., SPLC, Urban League and other anti-Confederate, or anti-Southern groups
to be hate orginizations in nature, because they spread lies about the Confederacy.
Was Arizona a member of the Confederacy?
Yes it was from 1861-1863, Arizona seceded from the union. For more information

Do you
hate Yankees?
No we don't, to hate some one hurts the hater not the hated. We just don't
approve of what they are doing to the South.
What do you feel about the situation in the Middle East?
While it pains us to see the land of the Bible torn apart, it is not our business therefore we should
stay out. To quote a fine man, " If it ain't in our own back yard, it don't concern us."
